OPEN POSITION
The E-Commerce Logistics & Operations Manager works toimplement, manage, and maintain efficient logistic operations, trackingworkflow systems to ensure a timely delivery and communication of all projectsfrom inception to fulfillment. E-Commerce Logistics Manager reports to the Headof Logistics & E-Commerce Operations and will play an integral role in thepost-purchase execution for Mainfactor client services.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee e-commerce order processingand inventory fulfillment for select roster of stores
· Establish a strong understanding of the detailedprocess and end-to-end contributors required to bring an eCommerce project tolife and through execution
· Monitor inventory levels to ensureproduct is arriving and orders are being fulfilled in a timely manner,consistent with communicated customer timelines
· Work cross-functionally to drive integrationbetween Customer Service, Store Management, and Order Management teams, withthe aim to deliver on overall company goals
· Cultivate a proficient understanding of theplatforms and tools used in the order life cycle, including: OMS, IMS, WMS,Sales Platforms, and Project Management tools
· Work closely with partners,including warehouses, to streamline communication and drive process and quality
· Serve as an advocate for theconsumer experience from time of project ideation to post-sale engagement
· Produce and distribute receiving,shipping, and inventory reports on a routine cadence
· Contribute in regular meetings to communicateproject statuses, identify any potential bottlenecks, and continuously manageexpectations
· Proactively identify operationalproblems, project-related issues, changes, variances and contingencies that mayarise; facilitate problem resolution with appropriate parties
· Implement shipping rate cardconfigurations into store platform as needed
Qualifications:
· 1-3 years of experience workinge-commerce, supply chain, operations, or relevant logistics position
· Experience working cross-functionally withinterdependent departments
· Demonstrated ability to effectivelycollaborate with many individuals and teams, including many differentpersonalities
· Comfortable managing multipleprojects at a time, while staying on deadline and sustaining quality of work
· A focus on data analytics— problem solving,analytical reasoning and Excel proficiency
· Ability to identify and setpriorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of jobresponsibilities and department initiatives
· Excellent verbal and written communicationskills
· Proactive and adept problem solver;ability to come up with inventive solutions on the fly
· Extremely detail oriented andorganized
· Ability to work independently andfollow through on assignments with minimal direction
· Trustworthy with sensitive information
